An open, safe, friendly, all ages singing group of all singing abilities. Presented by Naughty Noodle FunHaus, at the FunHaus Factory in Gosford
DING! DANG! DONG! WELCOME CHOIR IS ON!
Think Karaoke in a bar singing shoulder to shoulder with friends new and old. A drop in choir with no auditions and no need to read music as it is taught by ear. Each gathering will be a brand-new song.
The Welcome Choir is an open, safe, friendly, all genders, all ages singing group of all singing abilities.
Coming to The Welcome Choir is a great way to make new friends, express yourself authentically and step out of your comfort zone.
Focused on having a joyful and uplifting experience singing pop songs from many decades of great music together in beautiful harmony.
At the start of each session, we will be led through a fun vocal warm up helping us to control our voices by the talented and experienced choir master, Bek Jensen.
Welcome Choir began in 2016 as a Not-for-Profit organisation in the heart of Newtown, Sydney at the Newtown Neighbourhood Centre. Starting with 20 participants that met once a week, this number grew quickly and within a year, moved to a bigger venue.
Just off the back of its Sydney Fringe Festival season, Bek has taken up the reigns @ home on the Coast to continue the enormous legacy as a social enterprise with a monthly residency!

Enjoy delicious Colombian Street food from The Empanada Bar and a cocktail (or mocktail) as you take in the atmosphere!
This is an all ages event (Under 18s to be accompanied by an adult)
