Opera in the Arboretum is an open-air, all-weather, picnic style charity fundraising event set in the Crommelin Native Arboretum in Pearl Beach, NSW.

Our 15th Opera in the Arboretum has an exceptional lineup of artists on stage to entertain you. Featuring bass-baritone superstar Daniel Sumegi; Australia's leading lady of the stage, soprano Julie Lee Goodwin; multiple Helpman and Green Room Award winning mezzo-soprano Jacqueline Dark and one of Australia's most acclaimed young tenors, John Longmuir. We are also thrilled to present our special guest artist Sebastien del Rosario Hibbard on cello. Pianist Francis Greep and the Central Coast Chamber Orchestra, under the baton of Patrick Brennan, will again support the artists.

The venue provides a unique audience experience – the amphitheatre is set amid 5.5 hectares of coastal rainforest – a perfect setting to sit back and relax with friends and family and enjoy a wonderful afternoon of Opera beneath the Arboretum’s canopy of native trees.
