The Seasalt’s Sunday Long Lunch Series commences with a Nose to Tail Pork Feast on Sunday 4th of November.
Known for raising happy and yummy pigs, Bundarra Berkshire’s free range pork is our the hero of the day.
When you taste the pork, you will taste the difference in quality and know that these free ranging animals have been raised ethically with respect to their pigness and is how pork should really taste.
The 5 course menu, carefully curated by award winning Executive Sous Chef Dana Chantler can only be described as inspired.
