The four villages of Kincumber, Yattalunga, Saratoga and Davistown were the hub of major shipbuilding activity from 1829 to 1953.

Along the flat easy paced walk (3.3kms) you can learn all about fascinating maritime history of the region with informative plaques along the way at each shipyard site.

View the other historic models displayed at the four ‘Border Stations’.

And families can join in the fun, food and frivolity at Davistown Waterfront at the end of the walk.

Kids can enter a Video Competition about the history of the area for the chance to win $250.
