WYONG SES picks up the keys to their new KIDS RESCUE TRUCK

This will assist the Central Coast SES Units to raise community awareness of the importance of education and preparation for locals and businesses before storms and floods, as well as available services during or after a natural disaster.
We would like to thank Wyong Men’s Shed Inc. for their creative skills in designing and building a kid’s version of our Light Storm Vehicle. Their attention to detail is "amazing” and of course the enormous support from Bunnings, Northlakes Toukley Rotary and the staff of Gorokan High through the donation of materials and funds to help bring this idea to life.
'This will be a real asset to the local SES units of Gosford and Wyong, particularly during various display show days ensuring our community is prepared for future flood and storm events says Wyong SES Unit Commander Matt Le Clercq.
A public unveiling of this magnificent vehicle will take place at this year’s FREE family event at Bunnings Tuggerah Easter Bunny Hop BBQ on Thursday 30th March 6:00 – 8:00 pm
KIDS, line up for Easter Egg & selfies with PADDY Platypus, the NSW SES mascot, play on the Jumping Castle, Easter Crafts, Face Painting & more or say g'day to the blokes from Wyong Mens Shed & grab a Banger Sanga.
