Volunteering Central Coast Annual Awards
These awards recognize the extraordinary contributions of individuals and teams who have made significant impacts within the Central Coast community. Volunteering plays a crucial role in the social fabric of New South Wales (NSW) and the Central Coast, with over 2.3 million volunteers contributing approximately 240 million hours annually in NSW. These dedicated individuals are essential in supporting community services across the Central Coast and fostering community wellbeing and cohesion.
This year's nominations highlighted the incredible diversity and importance of volunteer work across the Central Coast. Volunteers have been instrumental in providing critical services, including food distribution, community engagement, support for individuals experiencing homelessness, emergency response, arts and culture promotion, mental health support, and much more.
We are honoured to recognize the following award recipients for their outstanding dedication and service:
