Upgrade Adcock Park Facilities and Parking Now!
Over the years, Adcock Park has become a vital hub for local sports enthusiasts, hosting over 6000 visitors every weekend. It's not just a sports facility but a cherished gathering place for families and friends, strengthening our community bonds. However, the current state of the park, with its deteriorating facilities and inadequate parking, poses a risk to public safety and diminishes the experience for all who visit.
Despite numerous meetings, repeated promises from both Labor and Liberal parties, little has been done to address these issues. We cannot continue to put our children, young people, and adults at risk by neglecting the very place that serves as a cornerstone of our community. Improved facilities would lead to safer play areas, enhanced spectating experiences, and smoother operations during busy weekends.
Investing in Adcock Park means investing in our community's health, happiness, and future. An upgraded park could also attract more visitors and stimulate local commerce. Especially the opportunity to hold State events at Adcock Park for netball. It's time for our government representatives to take tangible action and allocate the necessary funds to bring Adcock Park up to the standard it deserves.
I urge you to join us in this call for change. Sign the petition and let our elected officials know that we demand and deserve better facilities at Adcock Park. Your support can make a significant difference in ensuring the well-being and vibrancy of our community for generations to come.
Together, we can create a brighter future for Adcock Park and the thousands of community members who rely on it. Thank you for your commitment to our shared cause.
Sincerely,
Belinda Beresford
