The Tetra Pak Workshop October 2018
A hub where printmakers, textile artists, weavers congregate, communicate, collaborate and create sharing skills with both members and the community.

Coming up:

Master Printmaker Roz Kean will be introducing participants to Japanese Relief and Book Binding which will take place on the 10/11 November 2018.

Curry Night an opportunity to network with other creatives,  be entertained, view the space enjoy good curry and wine all for $10 per head at 8 Russell Drysdale Street, East Gosford 16 November 2018,  8-6p.m.

Monica Chivas Altered States is a workshop designed for participants to take etching skills a step further.  24 November 2018.

Fragility an international print exchange closing the 30 November 2018 - $25 to enter receive a set of prints from all over.  You create an edition of 10X15cm prints 11 in total and send in with entry fee.

Waterline- The Makers Annual Exhibition -  Opening at the Republik Cafe 271 Ocean View Road, Ettalong on the 8 December 2018, from 4-6p.m.  This will feature artists from the makers with printing, painting, sculpture and textile work on display.

The exhibition runs from 7 – 20 December 2018 inclusive.

 

Creative Support Days- Every Thursday from 10-4p.m. members bring projects they are working on and create with others in a supportive atmosphere.

 

Members Development Workshops

There have been wonderful member’s development days covering Aluminium etching with soft and hard ground, Collograph, Drypoint and Tetra Pak.  These workshops give members the opportunity to learn new techniques in printmaking.

 

There are so many opportunities for our Central Coast community to get involved, explore their creativity, and connect with other interesting inspiring people while having a whole lot of fun in the process.
