Rhonda Burchmore in an autobiographical showstopper, celebrates 40 years in entertainment
The iconic Ms. B returns to The Art House Wyong with her brand-spanking-new show GLAMAZONIA for one night only in April.
Rhonda’s career has taken her from London’s West End to the South African jungle as a contestant on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! Drawing on all her experiences, GLAMAZONIA is not just show but a story, as she shares songs, anecdotes, and secrets about surviving in one of the world’s most formidable industries.
Described by Rhonda herself as an “autobiographical feel-good celebration, full of girl-power for all ages”, the show features renditions including Katy’s Perry Roar, Helen Reddy’s I Am Woman, Cher’s If I Could Turn Back Time and Gloria Gaynor’s I Will Survive. Backed by a sizzling hot band, and a dance troupe to burn up the dance floor, there will be no shortage of glamour, glittering ensembles, and gowns galore.
Throughout her career Rhonda has made a distinctive impression with her dazzling dance steps, superb comic timing, effervescent personality, and impressive voice. She has been awarded the OAM for her service to the performing arts, and the Cabaret Icon Award at the International Adelaide Cabaret Festival.
