Out of the Blue Productions Presents Coast Think – Talks & Ideas Event Series for the Central Coast
“My goal is to ensure that every event I produce has a positive contribution to the community,” says Monique, who has spent the last five years working for some of the major festivals in Byron Bay, before co-founding Popped Creative, and now returning home to launch her own company.
“I am a passionate arts and culture advocate. I am committed to contributing to the cultural profile of the Central Coast, using art and culture as platforms for important conversations, creating paid opportunities for local artists and creative industry professionals, and keeping these activities accessible to all in the community.”
From this premise COAST THINK Event Series was born. A series of talks and ideas events on topics that are relevant to the Central Coast. These events will be held in different venues around the coast and cover the topics:
- Water protection and marine conservation
- Men’s mental health and well-being
- Challenging the stereotypes of ageing
- Female leadership and innovation
- Art, culture, and education
Event # 1 in the series is COAST LIFE – appreciating life near, on and in the water.
