Music Is Back With Blues That Will Make You Smile
“It's a fun way to marry two powerhouse Coastie brands into one delicious experience for fans of contemporary entertainment & world class blues alike” stated Naughty Noodle Creative Director Glitta Supernova.
Bruce Johnson, Director Girrakool Blues festival director stated “May 1st @ Ettalong is going to be an evening of high energy, swinging style of traditional blues, inducing an era of Saturday night Juke joints, back alley gambling haunts and jazz bars and we are ecstatic to have the incomparable Tomcat Playground playing on the Central Coast with Woodie McClean supporting and aiming to leave audiences sweating, smiling and wanting more”
“We are so very excited to be crushing the COVID blues with Girrakool who are top of their game when it comes to attracting the best of Blues music from across the globe. As the demand for connections grows stronger, communities are seeing entertainment in a new light and actively supporting brands who focus on positivity and building genuine relationships across our communities, Arts & Culture groups such as Girrakool and the Noodle find we are uniquely positioned to foster connections between people more than ever before”.
For Girrakool Blues cancelling the Festival due to covid, has meant that this last year “we’ve had to pivot, and take us away from the Music, I have started a temporary cafe outside our house to keep things going. However, the music is in our veins, and we are jumping out of our skin to be able to bring the Blues back to Central Coast, and what better way to work than with the Naughty Noodle Haus - Ettalong." Said Bruce.
“Sometimes, co-branding partnerships aren't just cool projects between two organisations, they actually have practical value and for the Naughty Noodle working with Girrakool Blues it’s a no brainer, we both love our region, we love conscious entertainment and we have both been delivering sold out, much loved entertainment for our community as well as being activators for tourism to the region”. COVID rules have eased and we are ready to bring MUSIC to the region” stated Glitta. Tickets to the blues show are on sale here
