Leading Local Dietitians, Eatsense Open State of the Art Clinic in Erina
For Eatsense founder and highly popular seminar presenter, Nicole Saliba, this is a dream come true. With a vision to help as many people learn to prioritise themselves, feel their best, enjoy delicious and nourishing food and live a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life, Saliba is thrilled to be opening her own dietitian led clinic.
Eatsense was established on the NSW Central Coast in 2013 by owner and Accredited Practising Dietitian Nicole Saliba and has since grown into a team of dedicated dietitians who each focus on key interest areas including paediatric nutrition, sports nutrition, women’s health, gut health, and plant- based nutrition. Saliba strongly believes that “healthy eating does not have to be complicated or restrictive, and that eating well should be stress and guilt-free”. Eatsense provide tailored and scientifically backed nutrition advice that makes sense and offer professional nutrition services to individuals, children, families, corporates, and groups.
For the past 7 years Nicole and her team have been practicing out of multiple sites across the Central Coast including West Gosford, Wyong, Terrigal, and Kariong in conjunction with local medical practices. “We are so delighted and humbled that the Eatsense family has grown to such a point that we needed to provide our own Eatsense Headquarters that will enable us to provide the best possible streamlined experience for our clients” explains Saliba. The beautiful new clinic will bring a touch of wow to the usual dietitian experience as Saliba combines her passion for delivering an exceptional client experience with her love for interior design and style, making a visit to the friendly and vibrant Eatsense HQ a refreshing one that is “not at all sterile or intimidating but instead stylish and welcoming” says Saliba.
The dynamic entrepreneur and local leading nutritionist wanted to “create a more welcoming space that is less clinical for clients and a positive and caring environment where I can support and mentor my team members to help them grow and develop “explains Saliba.
When not busy in her clinics, Nicole Saliba also runs a series of sell out interactive seminars covering hot nutrition related topics including “Gut Health & IBS”, “Eating well for PCOS”, “Mood Food”, “Fussy eating for kids” and more that are attended by locals who travel far and wide to enjoy. Her next seminar is being held on Wednesday March 10th, with some tickets still available, to avoid disappointment you will need to book quickly as they sell out fast.
