Kick Start HSC English Day!

For all those students who have just embarked on their final HSC year, these sessions on the HSC English concepts and texts may well be of interest!

Friday 10th November is when the leading thinkers, writers, directors and actors will be presenting to the HSC English students who have commenced their studies this term. The event is being held at the Wesley Conference Centre in Sydney.

Students from across the state are attending. 

For twenty nine years Information Access has convened leading professors, playwrights, directors, filmmakers, speech-writers, authors, poets, satirists and journalists from Australia and beyond to give an unforgettable experience of the HSC English concepts and texts. 

The one day program is designed to offer sessions that enrich your HSC preparation and enhance student learning to achieve your goals. These intensive sessions are open to any NSW student or teacher who wishes to deepen their knowledge of their texts with the best.

Discovery: The Motorcycle Diaries  or The Tempest or Robert Frost
Comparative Study: Metropolis / 1984 or The Great Gatsby /Barrett Browning or The Richards
Critical Study: Hamlet or T.S Eliot or Speeches
Extension 1: After the Bomb 'Ways of Thinking'
