Healthy Eating Made Easy on the Central Coast
Ready- made healthy meals producer, Activate Foods is delighted to announce that leading local dietitian, and popular seminar presenter, Nicole Saliba from Eatsense have partnered to provide even more value for their customers.
A win for the local community! The recent partnership formed by ready-made healthy meals provider, Activate Foods and leading local dietitian and healthy nutrition advocate, Nicole Saliba of Eatsense, is a match made in food heaven. Both Activate Foods and Eatsense share a common vision to help people learn to prioritise themselves, feel their best, enjoy delicious and nourishing food and live a healthy, happy and fulfilling life. Founder and head Nutritionist, Nicole Saliba is reviewing all Activate Foods ingredients and putting her stamp of approval on the meal plan, giving customers additional piece of mind that the ready-made meals available are not only incredibly delicious but also highly nutritious.
Eatsense was established on the NSW Central Coast in 2013 by owner and Accredited Practising Dietitian Nicole Saliba and has since grown into a team of passionate dietitians. Saliba strongly believes that “healthy eating does not have to be complicated or restrictive, and that eating well should be stress and guilt-free”. Eatsense provides tailored and scientifically backed nutrition advice that makes sense and offers professional nutrition services to individuals, children, families and groups.
Run by local husband and wife team, Marty & Megan Bowden, Activate Foods mantra revolves around eating well and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Head Chef Marty, a chef of 22 years, made a career change in 2011 to be a personal trainer. A choice that indulged his passion of physical activity that, funnily enough, lead him straight back into the kitchen. He quickly realised that people were ignoring the vital key to a healthy lifestyle - their nutrition. Whilst it was easy for him to prepare interesting meals quickly, it wasn’t as easy for someone with less experience or little interest in cooking, the outcome; Activate Foods was born.
The Activate Foods dynamic duo are thrilled to have Nicky on their team. Their shared values and philosophy around healthy food choices and making healthy eating easier for Central Coast residents is what drives them every day. “It is fantastic to have Nicky, an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Accredited Sports Dietitian working closely with us to ensure all our meals are of the highest standard nutritionally for our customers.”
