Fur Festival - Animal Benefit Music Festival

It's been estimated that 1.25 billion native animals have perished in the recent Australian bushfires alone, including koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, echidnas and much more (not to mention pets; livestock; etc). As many as 8,400 koalas have already perished in the fires in NSW alone, and these numbers continue to rise.

Bushfires in the country have destroyed more than 10.3 million hectares of land in recent months. At least 27 people have died since September. More than one hundred bushfires are still burning along the NSW - Victoria border.

This is where FUR FESTIVAL is coming in, a minute music festival right here on the sunny central coast. The fur festival will feature a line up of 13+ acts from The Coast, Sydney and Newcastle. Acts such as Rachel Maria Cox, Dylan, Sanfred, Turner, East Coast Ombres, Shane Shepard and a special guest performer from Australia's Got Talent 2019 D Minor.

The Beachcomber Hotel in Toukley have happily given us the space to host the event in The Boat Shed; right on the lake. (Perfect for a music festival on a Saturday afternoon). The event will take place on February 8th 2020 and will go from midday up until 9pm with non stop amazing talents and music.

The charity that we have chosen is very close to home, my heart and my soul being a animal lover, activist and supporter I personally want to give back to those that still have the chance and to those still to come to keep the circle of life going in these beautiful creatures lost. I don't take away from the human race that have lost everything, but these animals have truly lost their own kinds, some on the form of extinction before the fires, can only mean that now numbers are at a much high rate. The charity is National Animal Disaster Relief,

The Bushfire Foundation- Animal Disaster Relief

These guys are truly a gift to the animal world, the care, the fight, the passion and love they have for what they do is truly the stuff of heroes on legends and to give back as a community on the Central Coast and through music is there not a more perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon and evening.

Invite your friends, family and DON'T MISS OUT ON "FUR FESTIVAL".
