Dinosaurs to Take Over The Australian Reptile Park in Summer Holidays
The mighty roar of Tyrannosaurus Rex and the snapping jaws of Spinosaurus will be on show daily from 16th December 2017 through to 28th January 2018 (except Christmas Day) at the Australian Reptile Park these school holidays for Dinosaurs Alive!
Daily school holidays activities included in admission include:
- Kids exploratory fossil dig sand pit
- Interactive dinosaur walks with keepers
- Over 10 entertaining and educational wildlife talks
- Walk with Hugo the giant Galapagos tortoise & our friendly dingoes
- American alligator feeding show of 40 alligators in the park’s lagoon
- Crocodile feeding show of Australia’s crankiest 4.5 metre crocodile "Elvis"
- Roving keepers for hands on animal experiences with reptiles and baby mammals

Stay at ARP for "Aussie Bush Wildlife Sleep Out"
Aussie Bush Wildlife Sleep Out guests will experience the thrill of camping out under the stars amongst wildlife, plus an evening of interactive and hands on wildlife awareness shows, presented by Australian Geographic. Plus animal encounters, an Aussie bush tucker BBQ, billy tea, marshmallow toasting over camp fires, damper making and bush survival education.
Mini Kids 2 Keeper
Our Mini Kids 2 Keeper tour (ages 3-6) is based on the five senses (hear, see, taste, touch and smell) and is both hands-on and educational. Kids will meet reptiles and koalas up close, feed Australian birds and kangaroos and play with star tortoises.
Little Kids 2 Keeper
We’ve got some exciting news for 7-12 year olds! Our Little Kids 2 Keeper program is guaranteed to entertain and educate kids who are itching to experience a behind the scenes look at a day in the life of a zoo keeper. This fully escorted workshop offers exclusive behind the scenes access that enables kids to get in touch with their wild side!
Big Kids 2 Keeper
The Australian Reptile Park’s Big Kids 2 Keeper program aims at providing an intense and very hands on experience for teenagers (aged 13-18 years) and involves as many aspects of zoo keeping that we can pack into one day!
