Blues on the Mountain returns to the historic Mangrove Mountain Hall on Saturday the 11th of May for it's 7th year of featuring some of the best Blues, Soul and Rock n roll acts.

Located in the hinterland of the Central Coast, just 1hr from Sydney or Newcastle and 20 minutes from Gosford, Blues on the Mountain is a boutique music event not to be missed!

Headlining the event is UK Blues Rock and Soul phenomenon, Z-Star Trinity. Z-Star Trinity front woman, Zee Gachette has been likened to the greats, drawing comparisons to Prince, Nina Simone, Janis Joplin and Jimmy Hendrix, with her amazing vocals, musicianship, energy and stage presence receiving rave reviews from legendary acts such as Rodger Daltrey (The Who) and Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin). Zee Gachette and her band have performed at some of the biggest festivals in the world. With Z-Star Trinity's Australian tour including  Port Fairy Folk Festival (Vic) and Blues on Broadbeach (Qld), this is an extremely rare opportunity to see such a world class international act perform at such an intimate venue as the historic circa 1927 hall. We are absolutely stoked to be hosting Z-Star Trinity's ONLY CENTRAL COAST SHOW of the tour once again at Blues on the Mountain.

Also performing on the night will be one of East Coast's most popular Blues bands in recent years, Tomcat Playground. Featuring Dan Sullivan on lead vocals and harmonica, PJ O'Brien on guitar, Mike Rix on bass and Greg Clark on drums, Tomcat Playground have been winning new fans around the country with their real good boogie and infectious blues beat.

Blues on the Mountain is a volunteer run not for profit all ages family friendly event. Great food will be available for purchase on the night, BYO welcome. Tickets are limited and selling fast!

Want to stay the night? Why not make a weekend of it and explore the picturesque national parks, farm gate produce, cafes and all the area has to offer. There are a number of great local accommodation options available. Give us a call on 0405 416 289 and we'll point you in the right direction.
