Additionally, she has been recognised multiple times as one of the Top 5 Belle Agents and earned many other distinguished titles. Cathy’s track record speaks volumes, highlighted by her accomplishment of securing the highest sale price on the Central Coast at $16.5 million. This achievement underscores her exceptional negotiation skills, deep market knowledge, and unwavering commitment to her clients' success.
