Avoca Beach SLSC Partners with Coast Sport
According to the President of Avoca Beach SLSC, Garry Clarke, “the new partnership with allied health services sports specialist, Coast Sport will be a fantastic asset for the club and we are sure they will help to give our competitors an edge for this season and beyond.”
Avoca Beach SLSC have one of the largest and oldest clubs on the Central Coast with active surf sports happening at all ages from Nippers, Open and Masters categories. The club welcome and encourage athletes of all ages and levels to participate in regular training sessions and carnivals.
The highly experienced and passionate team at Coast Sport are also looking forward to caring for the Avoca Beach SLSC members and their families and keeping them all in tip top condition. Brett Doring, Director and Physiotherapist at Coast Sport goes on to state, “living where we do on the beautiful beaches of the Central Coast, for us it’s a natural fit to provide support to Avoca SLSC club members who are not only athletes, but also valuable volunteers who keep our beaches safe for everyone to enjoy.”
Coast Sport supporting local athletes
Located in the Mariners Centre of Excellence Building in Tuggerah, Coast Sport is a leader in provision of Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Exercise Physiology, Sports Nutrition, Clinical Pilates and Massage Therapy services to Central Coast communities. The team at Coast Sport work closely with many elite sporting teams and organisations including the Australian Dolphins Swim team, Central Coast Academy of Sport, Central Coast Mariners FC & Women’s Academy, Central Coast Heart Netball, Central Coast Crusaders, NSW Basketball, Ourimbah Rugby Union, Wyong Lakes Australian Rules Football Club and more.
