At Distillery Botanica, it is the spirit of Australia that inspires our award-winning drinks, hand-crafted from 100% native Australian botanicals.

Distillery Botanica is set in 2.5 acres of picturesque grounds in what was formerly called ‘The Fragrant Garden’ in Erina – an iconic centre of learning for all things herbal on Central Coast of New South Wales (Australia) for the past thirty years.

At Distillery Botanica, visitors can enjoy herbs in their natural earthly environment by meandering among the 2.5 acres of picturesque gardens. When you enter the distillery itself you meet them in their immortal state – the spirit world. Visitors are welcome to:

Tour the Distillery, meet Distiller Philip Moore and taste the Spirits
Wander the earthly gardens and enjoy the ambiance and fragrance

Distillery opening hours are 10am – 5pm Wednesday to Sunday. (Closed public holidays)

How To Get Here..

Portsmouth Rd is just off Terrigal Drive between Erina Fair and Terrigal Beach. TIP: Look for the brown tourist sign 'St Fiacre Distillery' on the left as you head to Terrigal.
