Tips to Help Keep Kids Safe on Farms

A favourite holiday adventure is to take the family to a Farm Stay.
If you are planning a Farm Stay with your crew, be sure to keep them safe. This includes quad bike safety. Quad bikes are the leading cause of unintentional deaths on Australia’s farms. The majority of these are rollover accidents leading to serious injury or death.
Kidsafe recommends that children under the age of 16 should not ride alone on a quad bike or as a passenger.
