Health, Lifestyle and Travel Expo to Inspire Over 50’s
Presented by the AgeingLife Network, the Expo is a ‘one-stop-shop’ of information and resources specifically for the over 50’s age group, providing an endless array of ideas and inspiration to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
With a strong focus on health, wellness and travel, attendees can expect to get up close and personal with 90 local and national businesses, dedicated to supporting seniors and Baby Boomers, all under the one roof.
Disability services will also be on offer, showcasing a variety of mobility solutions, assistive technology, employment services and accessible recreation and holidays ideas.
Event Manager Elyce Bichel said, AgeingLife Network is a passionate advocate for connecting the over 50’s to information and services important to them, in achieving happy and healthy lives.
“The Expo is unique for the Central Coast region, offering the participating businesses the chance to connect with fastest growing demographic in Australia; whilst providing a convenient way for the over 50’s to learn more about the services available in their local community,” Ms Bichel said.
With an interactive and entertaining program of events featuring something for everyone including, cooking demonstrations provided by local nutrition consultancy The Wholesome Collective, presentations by experts such as first aid for travellers presented by St John Ambulance, styling sessions by Westfield Tuggerah, NBN 101 presented by Telstra, health talks and checks provided by Amcal Tuggerah Pharmacy and much more.
Also on show is the Central Coast Art display, yoga demonstrations and 10 minute massages for $10, as well as a performance by The U-Bouddi Big Band and special guests the Central Coast Mariners meeting and greeting throughout the day.
